Weddings
The Carriage House is a detached 3,000 square ft. event center located on the picturesque, 14 acre grounds of Treemont. It was built to meet the request for large events. The venue seats 225 – 250 people depending on seating arrangements. It has a capacity of 250. Twenty 60 inch rounds and 200 chairs are available with your rental. Your choice of black or white linens is also inclusive in the fee.
Engagements
A warm inviting fireplace surrounded by the newly remodeled bar showcases trendy new vintage lights illuminating over the area filled with high-top cocktail rounds.
Large Garage Doors
Two large garage doors open on both ends of the Carriage House to extend for additional footage. Choose from tents or open air to enlarge your space. See a blank palette and envision your event.
Ammenities
Attached catering quarters are located in the back of the Carriage House for food service convenience. Please be reminded that your choice of caterer is welcome. The staff at Treemont will be more than happy to make sure all of these amenities are in place or remove them to allow for maximum capacity. From simple rustic to elegant and chic, there are no limitations. Bring your imagination to create the perfect wedding, event or themed party.
